YWCA Banff’s biggest fundraiser of the year, the VINEart Gala and Auction happening on Saturday, March 16th, 2024 at the Fairmont Banff Springs. This highly anticipated event features delicious food and wine pairings, inspiring art and entertainment, and an exceptional live and silent auction!
Proceeds from VINEart benefit YWCA Banff’s residential programs including our emergency shelter, transitional housing, affordable housing, and counselling services. A portion of funds will support our Higher Ground Project, our plan to build a new facility in Canmore to increase our capacity to deliver services across the Bow Valley.
Over the past few years, the need for YWCA Banff’s services skyrocketed. From 2020 to 2023, our crisis calls increased by 127%. Last fiscal year we provided over 1,400 safe emergency bed nights to folks in the Bow Valley experiencing violence, housing insecurity, or both. Thanks to the generosity of donors like, you, we can continue providing these critical services to the Bow Valley community.

How Does the Silent Auction Work?
When you arrive at VINEart Gala & Auction, register your cellphone number at the registration table. You will then receive a link by text message to our online silent auction portal – Givergy.
You will be able to view and bid on silent auction items using your cellphone. We will also provide one tablet per table to view and bid on silent auction items.
Please note, it is recommended you bring a cellphone to the event.

Parking & Directions
For Guests staying at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel:
Guests have the option of self-parking at $32.00 per day or valet parking at $46.00 per day.
For guests NOT staying at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel:
Guests can park in the parkade where there is a $13.00 per hour charge or they can valet park their vehicle for a $50 charge.

Banff Airporter is providing a free shuttle service for guests who are travelling from Canmore for the event.
