Over the years, our meeting rooms have hosted countless workshops, gatherings, and important conversations. These spaces didn’t just bring people together — they helped power YWCA Banff’s mission by supporting critical community programs through every booking.

Now, as we close the doors to our meeting spaces, we’re stepping into a new phase of growth. In collaboration with SAIT and the Wim and Nancy Pauw Foundation, this area will soon be transformed into a hub for education, innovation, and leadership in tourism and hospitality — furthering our work in violence prevention and community support.

To everyone who used these rooms to connect, plan, and build — your presence made an impact.
